What we look for
- A current state, tribal or USDA hemp licence in your name.
- Total THC at or under 0.3% on a dry-weight basis, meaning the figure measured after moisture is taken out.
- A full-panel COA from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab.
- Dry, well-stored product: packed to keep out light, heat and moisture.
- Lots large enough to sample, test and ship as one consistent batch.
What to send us
- Your licence number and the programme that issued it.
- The latest COA for the lot, showing delta-9 THC and THCA as well as the main cannabinoid.
- Quantity, cultivar, harvest month and grow type.
- How the product is dried, packed and stored, and where it is now.
- Photographs of the product and the packing.
- Your asking price, if you have one.
If your COA shows only delta-9 THC
From late 2026 the federal test is total THC, which adds THCA to delta-9 THC. Ask your lab for the full cannabinoid profile. If a lot comes out over 0.3% total THC, it is no longer hemp under federal law, and we cannot take it to market. Talk to your state programme about your options. We would rather tell you early than after a buyer has tested it.
